General Contest Rules

- Contest are open to all listeners 18
and older (unless otherwise noted)
- Listeners are eligible to win a
station contest once every 30 days, or once every 6 months for prizes
valued at over $500
- Limit one winner per household per
contest
- No purchase necessary
- Taxes, service charges, documentation
fees, transportation costs and/or other costs associated with prize(s) won
are the responsibility of winner
- Employees of Kiss FM/West Virginia-Virginia Media, its affiliates, participating sponsors, promotional
partners, other area radio stations and members of their immediate
families are ineligible to win
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash and
are non-transferable
- Winners must pick-up prize(s), in
person, with proper ID within 30 days or by Friday at 5 p.m. before the event, which ever is sooner
- Unless otherwise stated, all prizes
must be picked-up at station, located at 494 Blue Prince Road, Bluefield, West Virginia during normal business hours: Monday
through Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm
- Kiss FM/ West Virginia-Virginia Media are not responsible for prize(s) left unclaimed for 30 days
from the date of the give away
- Listener participation in any contest
implies that they grant permission to station to broadcast name, home city
and voice as part of the station’s regular programming on-air. Kiss FM/ West Virginia-Virginia Media does
not sell or distribute information gathered from listeners to any outside
party
- All contest judging and decisions are
to be made by Kiss FM/ West Virginia-Virginia Media. All
Decisions Are Final.
